We are excited to tell you that we have rebranded. Ejudicate’s evolution into Brief is not just a logo facelift.

Our brand strategy has shifted to reflect the growth of our business into new service and product offerings.

Our philosophy remains unchanged: “Every dispute is worth resolving”, and our commitment to offering swift, fair and cost-effective access to justice is unwavering.

So why the change?

When our online dispute resolution platform launched two years ago, Ejudicate sounded cool, innovative and fresh.

Experience has taught us otherwise. We found it tricky to pronounce and remember, evoking feelings about the legal sector, its complexities, time-wasting, and cost.

Ejudicate has evolved into Brief because our mantra is precisely the opposite of what one would expect from the legal field.

Our service offering is fast, with claims typically resolved in 45 days or less at a fraction of what it would cost in the civil courts.

The Brief process is simple. You can file a claim online in six easy steps. We get things done, and we resolve issues in record time.

As our services evolved, we realised we were going to many new places in an ever-advancing technological world.

What we excel at

Brief’s asynchronous document-centric platform focuses on resolving financial disputes.

Satisfied and repeat participants include electronic commerce sites (Fintech), factors, banks, MCAs, and other lenders.

Brief also handles all types of monetary disputes and declaratory relief actions such as quiet title, coverage claims and warranty claims.

Our screened network of “Ejudges” spreads across all 50 states, and each case is matched to the jurisdiction and subject matter expertise of the Ejudge.

We also offer arbitration programs, such as a bespoke offering for companies that move goods over state lines as mandated by law.

Our goals and inspiration

A lot of love and thought went into our rebrand. We know that in time, Brief will become the go-to platform for businesses, freelancers, fintech, sole traders and hundreds of other industries to resolve disputes.

As a company, we emphasise integrity, nimbleness, innovation, passion and trust.

We are fair and impartial, operating without bias and prejudice. We are compliant and accountable.

We approach challenges quickly and intelligently

We strive to be ever-learning, curious, innovative, data-driven and cutting-edge. We value continuous improvement and experimentation

We love and believe in what we do

We are trusted, and we trust each other. We place so much emphasis on trust because we know that any arbitration process depends on it to be seen as fair and impartial

Our logo

Our new Brief logo design has many concepts built into it. Firstly, the color scheme uses two shades of blue to reflect the two parties in arbitration. The middle of the B is turquoise, a standout color that conversely imparts a relaxed feeling of peace of mind.

This represents the trust that our clients can enjoy with Brief being an impartial and fair platform.

The turquoise meeting point represents our commitment to encouraging parties to a claim to collaborate.

The Brief logo also imparts a sensation of forward movement. From the moment a claim is filed, the wheels are set in motion for a speedy resolution.

We help both parties put forward settlement offers and claims to expedite the process and bring it to a satisfactory resolution.

We also have new primary and secondary fonts, Popping and Oswald.

Innovating to create new solutions

Whether you have partnered with us before or just heard about us for the first time, we have changed since our inception, but we are still the same team.

We are still working hard to push the envelope, innovate and bring new solutions to the pain points of today’s business world.

What ISN’T changing

We’re the same innovative online arbitration platform and program that hundreds of US businesses and freelancers trust to resolve financial disputes.
